News; Do Power Balance bracelets and EFX effective

The answer is yes for some people who believe, or want to believe, even unconsciously, to a miracle drug. These power balance bracelets are in my view no intrinsic effect but their effectiveness depends on the placebo effect. Do not underestimate the considerable power balance band of the placebo effect. We realized that some approved drugs were no more effective than placebo, and yet patients still appear to be going better when they take them (see the example caricature the effectiveness of antidepressants questionable in certain directions).

Some patients have told me to feel better, have less pain and better sleep since they wear the power balance wristbands. And I think obviously when they tell me these beneficial effects. I'm not trying to antagonize them not to break the spell but I think that any other band would have done the trick. All the better if simple bracelets can feel better for some people. They always have fewer side effects that some drugs ineffective.
